I love the idea of cookie dough hummus but most of the recipes I tried were a little heavy on the hummus side. That wasn't working for me because I am obsessed with cookie dough and would just eat it with a spoon. So I made this recipe. Full of fiber and plant protein it still has more of the texture and flavors of actual cookie dough and mimics one of our favorite recipes which is Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Raisin Cookies. Have this as a desert or a snack. You'll love it either way.
